# Операции с правительством

> Управление правительственными финансами и переводами.

Доступные действия:
- `addMoney` - добавить деньги в бюджет (требует amount).
- `removeMoney` - забрать деньги из бюджета (требует amount).
- `withdraw` - перевести деньги из бюджета получателю (требует amount, toType, toId, reason, authorId).

toType может быть: `user`, `business`, `mafia`
